Racker monitoring has been a Rotech core business speciality since 1988, and the Rotech System is the world leader in electronic keg systems – copied, but unequalled. Developed with packaging managers and operators, its novel and patented features offer by far the easiest use on the line, and the most friendly and advanced software.

Rotech is totally independent – we do not supply any other line equipment or rackers. We have installations with most major brewing Groups worldwide (including Scottish & Newcastle, Coors-Molson, SAB-Miller, Anheuser-Busch, Heineken, InBev, Carlsberg, Lion Nathan, Fosters, Sapporo, Diageo/Guinness), and a host of smaller Groups and independents (see Customer List).

We have thousands of archive records from every type and size of filler worldwide – from the smallest single lane to the largest multi-line 3-carousel rotary; and from every type and size of keg from 5-litre to 163-litre (36 Imp. Gal).

Our experience in well over 90% of cases is that if you apply the results from the Rotech Keg, you can improve operations significantly – for example: reduce energy and utilities consumption, improve washing and hygiene, eliminate filling problems, increase throughput – very often at little or no cost other than some re-programming and re-setting.
